Make a Bandana Tablecloth

I had a package of black bandanas left over from girl's camp. 

 

 

I wanted a black tablecloth for Halloween, so I decided to make a tablecloth out of them.

I sewed four sets of three bandanas.  Since they are cheap bandanas, none of them matched up perfectly.  If that bothers you, then you can square them up.  I did not want to take the time.  I just made sure that two of the edges were even, then evened up the other two after I was finished.

 

 

After a good ironing, I put it on the table and decorated it.  I think that this can be used for many occasions such as a birthday, a BBQ or a western party.  I am very pleased with it.

When my family eats dinner on the big table, I throw this plastic cover over the top.  It cuts down on the clean up, and the tablecloths keep their nice fresh color.
